My Fasting Blood sugar is 145 and a little Cholesterol(now controled)
Break Fast= 250 ML Milk(Low Fat) + Oats/Corn Flakes
Lunch = Rice + Veg Curry
Evening = 1 Cup Tea with less Sugar
Dinner =2 Chappathis + Veg Curry + 250 ML Milk (low Fat)
