am i going to see results?
my metabolism is quite slow,
i used to be 110 now in a matter of a month i am 134, i would like to lose that 24 pounds.
i am 5'2"
i am willing to eat between 600 and 1000 calories, i dont really want to go over that just becasue my metabolism sucks.
once i loose that weight i will work on more small snacks threwout the day to get my metabolism up.
Some things i will eat is
breakfast-oatmeal,toast or a slimfast
snack-fugi apple, granola bar, rice cake
lunch-anything under 200 calories
snack-can of green beans,corn,spinach
dinner-slimfast,salad,cereal
snack-no sugar added jello
i hate all meat!
and lots of water.
plus 1 hour walk 4 times a week
5 miles on a bike 2 times a week
20 crunches 3 times a week
15 minute jog-walk 3 times a week
5 minute jump rope 4 times a week.
how fast will i lose weight doing this
also any diet pills that can help me
i want to lose it as fast as i can.
so i can start eating right again once i lose weight

u are excersizing, which is good..also try to start working out..weight lifting and stuff.
remember…weight can be a lot of things…weight can be ur cloths..ur water..ur food, ur fat and ur muscles…now when u get on that scale..it only tells u overall weight..
u wanna lose the fat.and get that muscles..start weight lifting and keep that cardio going on..u wont lose weight..but ur fat will start burning and muslces will start to grow..and u will be in great shape..
and also remember…muscles weight more then fat..so u might gain weight…and one more thing…DO NOT TRUST THE SCALE..IT LIES TO YOU…LOOK AT UR SELF IN THE MIRROR AND ASK UR SELF IF U LOOK GOOD OR BAD.
